Shipping & Returns

We will gladly accept most returns within 14 days from receipt of purchase, excluding Sale items and Special order items. Any items not purchased at full retail are considered Sale items and are considered FINAL SALE. Swim suits and Shoes are not refundable. Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed condition, in its original packaging with tags still attached, to ensure a refund. Shipping fees are not refundable. All sales are final after 14 days. Items on sale, clearance, or identified as a "final sale" are not returnable. Any returns accepted at our discretion that do not meet our return criteria will be credited at the item's current sales price less a 25% restocking fee. Please allow up to 30 days for processing a return. If you have not received a refund or credit within that time please contact us. Important information: Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with any return or exchange -- without that information we cannot process your request. Please circle the items that you are returning or exchanging on the copy of the sales receipt. If an item was purchased as a set, (for example a top and pants), it must be returned as a set. We will not process returns of incomplete sets. Please note, that we will only be able to credit the card used to make the original purchase.
