We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges or exchanges for other merchandise are treated as new orders. Just place an online order for the items you desire and we will process it promptly. Your account will be credited within 30 days.
Holiday Merchandise
Holiday merchandise is final sale as of the date of the holiday. This includes velvet outfits. Any Holiday Wear returned within 3 weeks prior to the date of the Holiday cannot be refunded but we will gladly give you a store credit.
Craftsmanship
We would also like to note that some of our children's apparel is quite delicate and may not hold up well with active toddlers. We are unable to accept returns on items that were damaged while worn, shruck in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
Sizing;
Many of our brands vary in how they run in size. We offer a size chart as a general guidline, however, some brands run true to size while others may run large or small. This generalization is based on the child who wears 12 month size clothing when they are 12 months, a 2T when they are 2 years old and so on. Feel free to ask questions if you are not familiar with the brand. Upon request, we will be happy to provide you with measurements and assist you with any other questions you may have.
Inventory
If you see a picture that does not have the size listed that you are looking or, it is a sign that we have sold out of that particular item. However, you may keep checking back, as our inventory changes frequently. We do our best to keep our inventory accurately updated. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, occasionally you may order an item that we are sold out of. If this happens you will be notified prior to your order shipping to decide how you would like to proceed.
